Red Hot Chilli Pipers

Doors at 5PM Show at 6PM

Ticket Prices: $39, $29

It’s The Red Hot Chilli PIPERS – (NOT the Peppers!) -- a 9-piece ensemble consisting of pipers, guitarists, keyboards, and drummers -- who have been rocking the world from New York to Beijing to Melbourne and everywhere in between with musicianship of the highest order and a passion for pipes that will leave you breathless.  The band has four music degrees from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama and all the pipers and drummers have played at the top level in bagpiping.

Since they walked away with the top prize on the primetime TV talent show, “When Will I Be Famous” in the U.K. in 2007, the Red Hot Chilli Pipers haven't stopped for a breath, other than to inflate their bagpipes!  Formed in 2002, The Chillis have fast become a global phenomenon, taking their signature 'Bagrock' sound to the masses with their unique fusion of rocked up Bagpipes and clever covers of popular songs from all genres.  Their trademarked sound is a unique fusion of traditional pipe tunes – like “The Flowers of Scotland”, “The Hills of Argyll”, and “Amazing Grace” (done Chilli-style, of course!) -- and contemporary anthems like Queen’s “We Will Rock You”, “Clocks” by Coldplay, “Chasing Cars” by Snow Patrol, “Let Me Entertain You” by Robbie Williams, and a fantastic rock medley of “Deep Purple”, “Smoke on the Water”, and AC/DC’s “Thunderstruck”.

Doors at 8:30PM Show at 9:30PM

Ticket Prices: $63.75 and $43.75

Let’s face it: in our increasingly tepid, polite and politically correct culture we need more people like Sebastian Maniscalco. Forever able to seize the moment, never failing to speak his mind, always telling it like it is, this is one man who isn’t afraid to put it all out there. This unapologetic honesty is what has fans across America showing up in droves for his shows, and now Sebastian Maniscalco continues spreading his laughs across the U.S. on his WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? TOUR coming to Santander Performing Arts Center in Reading on Saturday, September 23 at 9:30 pm.

The WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? TOUR will contribute to the Tag You’re It! Foundation, Maniscalco’s own charity, by donating $1 for every ticket sold. The fund, set up through the California Community Foundation, strives to support research in Alzheimer’s disease, children’s education and the U.S. military.

Distinguished by the New York Times as having his “own kind of panache,” Maniscalco is a success story resulting from years of hard work and a keen self-awareness of innate talent. A natural born-storyteller, one constantly regaling his family with madcap tales at the dinner table, Maniscalco moved to Los Angeles in 1998 and began pounding the pavement on his comedic quest. There, he employed the work ethic his father instilled in him to build his name – simultaneously working as a waiter at the Four Seasons Hotel – and eventually drew the attention of actor Vince Vaughn, who cast him in Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Show.

Today, Sebastian Maniscalco sits as one of the premier standup comedians who always stays busy. He is the comedian behind highly successful network specials including last year’s “Why Would You Do That?,” “What’s Wrong With People?,” and “Aren’t You Embarrassed?”

Following a massive standup tour of theaters last year, the coming months are monumental ones for the 2016 Just for Laughs Stand Up Comedian of the Year. In addition to starring in his own wildly popular SiriusXM program, “The Pete and Sebastian Show,” Maniscalco will make several major motion picture appearances in the coming year. Notably, a voice-over role in the animated feature "Nut Job 2," premiering this year; a role in the New Line Feature comedy "The House" starring Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler (directed by Andrew Cohen); and a turn in the independent drama "Cruise" directed by Rob Siegel and produced by Jeremy Renner.

See for yourself in theYouTube clip of Marc Martel sitting in with the Queen Extravaganza on American Idol bringing down the house. This is the man that’s bringing his Queen band to The Santander Performing Arts Center.

It’s simple: Queen’s Roger Taylor (drummer) and Brian May (guitarist) handpicked singer Marc Martel to take on the lead vocals for their Queen tribute band known as Queen Extravaganza. If that isn’t a personal endorsement for this amazing artist, then we’re not sure what is. Marc not only sounds dead-on like Freddie Mercury, but he embodies the heart-and-soul Freddie poured into every song he performed. Marc now bring his tribute band, The Ultimate Queen Celebration to the Santander PAC for an evening you’ll be talking about long after the lights go down. It’s 23 songs that these legendary artists made famous including “Radio Gaga,” “Tie Your Mother Down,” “Fat Bottomed Girls,” “Killer Queen,” “Somebody to Love,” “Bohemian Rhapsody” and more. Pull out those vinyl albums, warm up that singing voice and get ready to rock with the greatest Freddie Mercury voice on the planet. It’s one night only. It’s The Ultimate Queen Celebration.
